Complete flooring for new-build homes
A new-build handover usually arrives with bare sub-floors throughout. That means every room, hallway, landing and staircase needs a decision at the same time, often while you are also managing furniture, kitchens and moving dates. We take that whole piece off your plate: one consultation, one measure, one quotation and one fitting schedule covering the entire home.
Because we both supply and install, the products you choose in the showroom are the products our own fitters lay in your home. We advise on where hard flooring works best, where carpet makes more sense, how to keep tones consistent between open-plan spaces and how the stair runner or stairs finish should relate to the hallway floor.

How a new-build flooring project works
Consultation → Measure → Flooring selection → Quote → Scheduling → Installation → Completion.
1. Consultation
Talk through your new home room by room — layouts, light, budget priorities and how each space will be used. Visit the showroom or send us your plans to get started.
2. Measure
We carry out a free, no-obligation measure of the property, check the sub-floor and note stairs, thresholds and awkward areas so nothing is missed.
3. Flooring selection
Compare laminate, waterproof SPC, engineered hardwood, herringbone and carpet side by side, with advice on colour, plank format and durability by room.
4. Quote
You receive a clear quotation covering materials, underlay, trims, door bars, stairs and fitting for the rooms you want completed.
5. Scheduling
We plan fitting dates around your handover and any other trades, so your floors go in at the right point in the move-in process.
6. Installation & completion
Our own fitting team installs the floors, finishes the details and tidies up. We then talk you through simple aftercare for each floor type.

Underfloor heating, sub-floors and installation
Many new homes in Dublin are built with underfloor heating. Engineered hardwood, laminate and SPC ranges are frequently used over underfloor heating, but suitability depends on the specific product, the underlay and the heating system, so we always check the manufacturer specification for the range you choose. Sub-floors matter too. New screeds need to be dry before flooring is laid, and levels across a property are rarely perfect. During the measure we check the sub-floor condition, flag anything that needs preparation and factor it into your quotation rather than discovering it on fitting day.
